Sending emails from the survey

You can set the system to send email to Administrators and Mobile users by using trigger, for sending emails to Administrators use the useremailtrigger and for sending emails to Mobile users use the roleemailtrigger, note that it will only send emails to mobile users with the selected Role and who have access to the survey through the Mobile usergroup settings. To set triggers select Survey in the task bar on top and go to the Properties panel as shown in figure 1. 

To create an email trigger go to Condition and add a new useremailtrigger, when the expression in the trigger becomes true an email is send to all the Administrators for whom Receive emails is set true. To test the sending of email leave the Send email option unticked, instead of sending emails the system will log emails in the email log in the Tools menu.
