Steps for creating surveys
 
CREATING A SURVEY

 

Creating a survey in Denkami is easy. The steps required are listed below, more details on each of the steps are found in the tutorials. Alternatively you can also follow the tutorial: "An example on how to create a survey".

  1. Add a new survey in the platform by clicking on the + Add survey button. This will create a new (empty) survey which can be selected from the drop down menu
  2. Create at least one registration table, go to the registration tables by selecting Registration tables in the menu.
  3. Edit the Registration survey, each survey has a registration survey which is the default survey. Select Registration below the header Create Questionnaires, this will open the Survey designer.
  4. Additonal survey questionnaires can be added by clicking the + Add Questionnaire button, this will open the survey designer
  5. Create mobile user accounts for the mobile users, select Mobile users in the menu under the header Users.
  6. Create the mobile user groups, select Mobile users groups in the menu under the header Users.
  7. Create your reports and graphs under the Charts, Maps and reports menu.
