GPS polygon question in the app

The GPS polygon in the app is shown in the screen shot in figure 1. When using the GPS polygon question you will need to switch on the GPS on the phone and give the permission for the app to use the location. For each account you receive 1000 map credits, which allows you to show Google maps 1000 times. More map credits can be purchased through the account.

Data fields:
  • Lat: Latitude
  • Long: Longitude
  • Alt: Altitude in meters
  • Accu: Accuracy in meters
  • Points: Number of points of the polygon (minimum 3)
  • Distance: The circumference of the polygon in meters
  • Area: The area of the polygon is square meters
  • Tag: Label for the polygon
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Buttons:
  • GPS: Read GPS position
  • Back: Remove last GPS point
  • Reset: Reset the GPS polylgon
  • Show map: Show the polygon in Google maps
  • Map: Change the map from satellite view to street view

 

When you click the GPS button, the GPS postion, altitude and accuracy are read, if you click the GPS button again a new data point is added to the polygon. To show the GPS polygon in Google maps press the Show map button, as shown in figure 2
