To add user, go to the menu item Users. When creating a new user allocate one of the following roles to the user:

Administrator

An administrator has full access to the system and can perform all task.

Data manager

A data manager can access all Charts, Maps & Reports, edit all surveys data, upload data and manage mobile users and mobile user groups. Data managers cannot create or change surveys, manage user accounts or delete surveys.

Survey designer

A survey designer has full access to the system but cannot delete surveys or manage user accounts

Guest

Guests can only see the reports, maps and charts
