Deleting registration or questionnaire data is done when editing the registration data or survey question data, found in the menu under EDIT DATA. In this example we opened the edit Registration data, shown in figure 1. To delete a value select a row and click the Reset / Delete Row button, this will change the status of the Delete field to 1, as you can see the delete value remains on the system. To undelete a value is the same process, select a row and click the Reset / Delete Row button.

Note that deleted values are removed for the mobile app!
