Managing mobile user groups and data sharing

A mobile user needs to be a member of a mobile user group to receive surveys and data. The mobile user group defines permissions and data access, all mobile users in a group share the data of the group. The data between the group members is automatically synchronised. To setup and manage the mobile user groups select Mobile users groups in the menu under the Users header and you will see all mobile user groups listed:

Add a new mobile user group by clicking on the + button
 
Edit a mobile user group
To edit the mobile user group select the edit button.
 
Delete a mobile user group
To delete a mobile user group select the delete button.
 
Settings
For both the Registration survey and additional surveys, you can set the permissions for editing the data:
 
Can register / can survey
When set, the mobile users in the group can add a new survey.
 
Can edit (own)
When set, the mobile users in this mobile user group can edit the registration survey for surveys they submitted.
 
Can edit (all)
When set, the mobile users in this mobile user group can edit all the registration surveys.
