Mobile user accounts

Each mobile user needs a mobile user account. To set up and manage the mobile user accounts, select Mobile users in the menu under the Users header. You will see all active mobile users listed, like in the example below:

Mobile users have the following data fields:

Data Field	Comments
Email address
Username	User name is the same as email address
Password
First name
Last name
Tel
Role	Each mobile user is given a role which is a value from 0 to 9 and can be used in a survey questionnaire using the expression getRole(). This allows you to define access to different question depending of the role of a mobile user such that mobile users with different roles can access different questions
Default language	You can set the default language for a user, however a user can change this on the mobile app or on the web.
Active	Indicate if a user is active or not, when a user is set to be inactive all data will be removed in the mobile app
Allow self-unregister	When set the user can unregister his mobile user account from the app without entering a Username and Password

Adding a mobile user account

Add a new mobile user by clicking on the + button.

Edit a mobile user account

To edit the mobile user account select the edit user button.

Deactivating a mobile user account

Deactivate a mobile user account by selecting the deactivate user button. All data of the Denkami app on the phone will be removed.

Deregister a mobile user

Deregister a mobile user account by selecting the deregister user button. The mobile user account can now be used on a new phone and will receive all data. All data of the Denkami app on the old phone will be removed.

Mobile user form

The form below shows the form for mobile user registration. Note that "Allow self-unregistration" is ticked; this option will allow the mobile user to unregister the account from the mobile app. If this option was not ticked, the mobile user would need to use the Username and Password to unregister.
