When you registered your app with your account name, mobile user name and password it will lock the app to your account and nobody else can use your account. To move your account to a new phone unregister from your current phone and register with the same account information on your new phone.

Using the mobile phone

To Unregister, go to Settings and select Unregister, fill in your mobile username and password and click the unregister button. When successfully unregistered you can install the app and register on the new phone. All data on your old phone will be sent to the new phone!

Using the survey designer platform

Unregister the mobile user in the Mobile users menu. The account is now available to be installed on another phone.
